1. Introduction

City Roleplay (“CityRP”, “we”, “us”) is a community-run multiplayer roleplay server operated as a subsidiary of Axiam Networks Limited.

By accessing our services or making a payment through the CityRP store, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

2. Payments & Donations

All purchases made through the CityRP store are considered voluntary donations to support the CityRP community, infrastructure, and ongoing development.

  • All payments are final.
  • Digital perks or benefits are granted as a thank-you for supporting the community.
  • Perks may be modified, balanced, or removed to maintain fair gameplay.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, loss of access, or rule enforcement actions.

Refunds will only be considered if a payment is confirmed to be fraudulent or unauthorized following investigation.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. CityRP and Axiam Networks Limited do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Stripe may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

5. Billing Information & Taxation

We collect your billing country at checkout for taxation, compliance, and accounting purposes.

This information is used solely to meet legal obligations and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6. Account & Service Access

Access to CityRP services, including digital perks, may be suspended or revoked if you breach server rules, engage in abuse, or violate applicable laws.

Enforcement actions do not entitle the user to refunds or compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

CityRP and Axiam Networks Limited are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Loss of digital items or perks
  • Changes to gameplay balance or server features

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the service, process payments, and comply with legal requirements.

  • Steam ID and account identifiers
  • Billing country
  • Transaction records

We do not sell personal data or store sensitive card information.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of CityRP services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
