Pretty self explanatory! Completely understand there will be more and CityRP is still in beta, but here are some job roles/ideas I had.

Cashier:Working at stores like McDonalds, Adidas and even Allied Express. With Allied Express and Adidas already being high traffic areas for players (changing clothes, going to your storage), having a job here can give a boost to people with this role.

Mechanic:Such a high traffic area! Constantly people coming in-and-out to fix their cars, have it so people with this role can do the repairing and earn some cash.

Lawyers:Probably hard to implement, but with Police Officers jailing players, giving out fines etc. a lawyer can help defend the player and potentially get them out of the trouble they're in.

Hotel Managers/Workers: Because there are limited houses, if hotels are added into the game for a cheaper rent price $, then hotel managers/workers can do multiple roles around the area to earn cash. Benefits players who don't have that much money to still rent a place and benefits people with this role to earn money.
