Bring back tow trucking

Bring back tow trucking but with a few changes to make it not the mingefest that it once was.

Limit on how many tow truckers can exist at once, Tow trucking just became an easy way to get a car.

Only flaw I see with this though is what if all the tow truckers do jack shit? Like they get a tow truck and leave it in the middle of nowhere so no one gets towed.

Maybe instead make it so starting tow trucking you have to pay some money instead?
