A home in the sky. High rise apartments give every player somewhere of their own in the city: a place to live, decorate, store their cars and bring people back to.

Two apartment types

Low end apartment

• A compact apartment for players starting out
• Fully customisable with furniture from the mega furniture pack
• A private garage that stores up to 2 vehicles

High end luxury apartment

• A large luxury apartment high above the city
• Fully customisable with furniture from the mega furniture pack
• A private garage that stores up to 10 vehicles

Make it yours

Every apartment starts empty and is yours to furnish. The mega furniture pack has everything from sofas and kitchens to lighting and decor, so no two apartments need to look the same.

Bring people over

Invite friends round for a party, host a business meeting or sit down with your organisation to plan your next job. You decide who comes in.

Apartments are safe zones. Whatever is planned inside, nothing can happen to you there.

Fair for everyone

Apartments give no in-game advantage apart from somewhere to store your vehicles. They won't make you richer or harder to arrest, and they won't help you win a fight. They're about having a place in the world that's yours.

How it works: unlimited apartments

There's no waiting list and no limit on how many people can own one. Every owner gets their own private copy of the apartment.

Each apartment exists in its own separate layer of the world. You and another owner might technically be standing in exactly the same spot, but you'll never see each other, hear each other or see each other's furniture. Only the people you invite are loaded into your layer. To you, it is simply your apartment.

Backer rewards

• Back $25 or more: get a low end apartment free on release
• Back $80 or more: get a high end luxury apartment free on release

The apartment goes on the account you contributed with, so make sure you're signed in with your main Steam account. Your total across all your contributions to this item counts towards the tier.

After release, everyone else will be able to buy apartments in game with in-game money.

What your contribution funds

Funding pays for building the apartment interiors and garages, the separate apartment system, invites and access controls, the safe zone system and getting the furniture pack working inside apartments.
