I believe the game needs a small guide explaining what to do and how to do things when you first join the game. This would help new players understand how the game works, the rules, and how to make money, instead of roaming around the map clueless. It would make the game more interesting from the start.

As the title says there should be a complete prison / jail systems overhaul. You may be asking what does this mean. Tweak the PD jail cell area.
