add a tobacconist to the map with some bent bollards at the front to show someone(eyless) tried to ram raid the shop.

for the most part i am trying to avoid map stores like this that dont serve a gamemode related purpose like clothing, vehicles, etc, so the majority of the stores will be player run and mostly empty until a player takes them over, that being said some more rundown buildings like this inwhich you can purchase on the cheap is on the radar.
