Wall Kisser · 2026-07-12 19:06:18The current layout of the CityRP map is essentially a one strip line. What does this mean? Escaping police pursuits is near impossible as you will always end at a dead end. For this reason, the train station has been used as an escape method to complete the map loop but isn’t extremely impractical and unrealistic RP when you have full auto assault rifles strapped to your back. This also directly impacts the amount of possible creativity in police pursuits due to the linear nature.
The solution? The new map must entail a full loop layout to allow for these improved cop chases which will improve both the RP and fun of the cop chases. This will also make it much more difficult to spike strip cars, because as of right now it is far too easy. A good reference point to what this would look like is the GTA V map. The highway creates and connects a full map loop, there are more crossroads to escape in the city, and there is a small town to feature as well.
As of now, we are yet to see the complete map layout plan of the new map, hence much of this is just a suggestion to fix the issue which is currently present in the current CityRP map when creating the new map.
