Raiding PD is quite dangerous and hard to do as the PD alarm gets set off instantly if you have a gun equipped.

An item like a scrambler or something would be good so you can put it on a powerbox outside the PD and it disables the PD alarm for 2-4 minutes or something like that.

It would be easier/safer to raid PD as the alarm might no go off if your fast enough or will go off when your exiting if your slow enough
