People would be able to tune into a radio station (or multiple), to listen to music.

I'm willing to help download 150+ songs and compress them for the server content, as streaming/downloading doesn't seem to work as well.

Player run/made radio station/s?? Could have players charge for ads to run on the radio station etc. Could include pre-recorded talk shows too, similar to the Unc Nora podcast but for CityRP.
