- Accept community-made cosmetic submissions.
- Host cosmetic design contests.
I’d also like to suggest adding a player-created clothing system where players can design custom clothing items and sell them through in-game clothing stores. These designs would only be purchasable from the specific shop that owns or created them.
This would expand roleplay, boost the economy, and create new long-term business opportunities without affecting gameplay balance.
Enhances Roleplay Immersion
Allow players to better represent their character’s personality, job, or backstory.
- Improve visual diversity (less “clone” effect).
- Help identify roles quickly (gang members e.g chains, business owners e.g chef hat, tow trucka e.g tool belt, etc.).
- Support deeper storytelling through appearance.
Boosts Player Retention
When players invest in their character’s look, they’re more likely to:
- Stay active longer.
- Feel attached to their character.
- Return regularly.
Can Be Implemented Fairly
- No overly flashy or unrealistic items.
- Cosmetics must fit SantosRP’s realism style.
- Performance-optimized models to avoid lag.
Backpacks
- Civillians carrying more items
- Increasing amount you can hold (5-10kg?).
